XLGAMES Game Server Solutions Last Updated: 02/26/2025 After ordering any server (game or dedicated), we will provide a pre-installed and fully configured, ready-to-use licensed (ranked if you selected Battlefield) game server, FTP access to server files, and a MySQL database required for plugins on some game servers. Access to files on ranked servers is limited, and you will only have access to files permitted by the game developer. When ordering a dedicated server for ranked games, access to files is similarly restricted, with only the control panel available. Ranked games include the Battlefield series. For all other games, full access to files is provided via the control panel and FTP. Dedicated servers come with SSH remote access or RDP, depending on the operating system. Most game servers are installed automatically; Battlefield servers are set up within 5 minutes to 2 hours. Dedicated server installation takes 2 to 48 hours, sometimes longer depending on the configuration you choose. During maintenance or if the selected hardware is unavailable, setup times may increase.
9. Force Majeure
XLGAMES is not responsible for downtime, unavailability, or data loss caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, wars, terrorism, government restrictions, labor strikes, power failures, banking or payment system disruptions, political or economic crises, or actions of third parties.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of the UAE shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute or claim arising from these Terms.

1. General Provisions
These Terms and Conditions regulate the relationship between the client and XLGAMES Game Server Solutions FZ-LLC, registered in the United Arab Emirates (hereinafter referred to as “XLGAMES”). Placing an order on the XLGAMES.GG website constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms. XLGAMES reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Amendments become effective upon publication on the website. Continued use of our services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
2. Privacy and Data Protection (GDPR)
XLGAMES complies with the applicable laws of the UAE and international data protection standards, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We implement technical and organizational measures to safeguard data provided by clients. The client is fully responsible for the security of their login credentials (login/password, API keys, etc.) and for all actions performed using their credentials. Password sharing with third parties is prohibited. In the event of a support request, XLGAMES may ask for credentials to provide assistance; once the request is resolved, the client must change their password.
3. Services
After payment, the client receives a pre-installed and fully operational game or dedicated server. Ranked games (such as the Battlefield series) are subject to file access restrictions as required by the game developer. For all other games, full file access is provided via the control panel and FTP. Average setup times: Game servers: 5–15 minutes, installed automatically. VPS and VPN services: 5–15 minutes, installed automatically. Dedicated servers: setup times vary depending on the selected configuration and are specified individually when ordering. Setup times are provided in business days and hours, and clients are informed of the estimated timeframe in advance. Hardware failures on dedicated servers: in the event of hardware malfunction, XLGAMES will replace the failed hardware. However, the client is solely responsible for creating and maintaining backups on external storage outside of the dedicated server itself. VPS services are cloud-based and include automatic redundancy and backup. Game servers include the option to enable backup functionality.
4. SLA — Service Level Agreement
XLGAMES guarantees 99.95% monthly uptime of our network and servers. The SLA excludes: - Scheduled and emergency maintenance; - Maintenance performed by data center and IP transit providers; - Planned migrations with prior notice; - Service suspensions due to non-payment or violations of these Terms; - Force majeure events; - Third-party actions such as DDoS attacks or server compromises; - User errors. Compensation: Clients may request service credit of 1 day per 0.5% downtime beyond the 99.95% guarantee. Credits are capped at 100% of the monthly fee for the affected service. Requests must be submitted within 5 business days of the incident.
5. Payments and Renewals
Services must be prepaid for at least one month. Payment methods accepted: PayPal, bank cards, and cryptocurrencies. XLGAMES does not store card or payment details. By default, there are no automatic renewals — clients are responsible for renewing their services on time. However, clients may configure automatic recurring payments via PayPal if they wish. If payment is not made on time: - Game servers are deleted 2 days after suspension due to non-payment. - Dedicated servers, VPS, and VPN services are deleted 24 hours after suspension due to non-payment.
6. Refunds
Game servers: A 24-hour money-back guarantee applies. To request a refund, the client must open a support ticket within 24 hours of purchase, providing the reason and identifying the server in question. - Refunds are not available for Battlefield 3\4 and Farming Simulator servers due to licensing restrictions. - Refunds are not available for services purchased under promotions or discounts. - Dedicated servers, VPS, and VPN services: Refunds are not available under any circumstances. After 24 hours: Refunds are not provided, except in cases where the service is completely inoperable due to a fault on the side of XLGAMES. Payment system or processor fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from any approved refund.
7. Pricing Policy and Minimum Plans
XLGAMES offers a variety of server plans. Clients should note the following: - Low-cost plans do not guarantee high performance. For stable performance, we recommend following the hardware requirements provided by the respective game developers. - Since clients themselves select the resources (CPU cores, RAM, etc.), it is the client’s responsibility to ensure compliance with the game developer’s recommended server requirements for high-performance gameplay. - We recommend starting with at least 3 CPU cores for most games. - Plans with 1–2 CPU cores are more suitable for testing purposes. XLGAMES is not responsible for lag, freezes, or high ping on minimal plans.
8. Prohibited Use
By using our services, clients agree not to engage in illegal or harmful activities. Prohibited use includes, but is not limited to: - Hosting or distributing pirated content (games, films, software, music, etc.); - Cryptocurrency mining of any kind; - Sending spam or unsolicited bulk messages; - Hosting or distributing viruses, malware, or malicious programs; - Launching or facilitating DDoS attacks, port scans, or hacking attempts; - Hosting hacking websites, exploit archives, nulled scripts, or warez sites; - Violating intellectual property rights (copyright, trademarks, patents). Data responsibility: Clients must create regular backups of their data. XLGAMES is not responsible for any data loss. Violations may result in immediate termination of services without refund.
